SECURITY & INCIDENT BREACH MANAGEMENT AND COOPERATION

Protecting your Personal Information is a core priority at Cadtree Limited. We maintain and continually update a formal Incident Management Plan to respond effectively to any suspected or confirmed security events involving user data.

Our breach response process includes the following three phases:

Upon detection or notification of a potential incident, Cadtree coordinates with internal departments, system assurance teams, and key suppliers to assess the severity and scope of the event. Monitoring systems are heightened, and impacted networks are immediately reviewed.

2. Containment, Eradication, and Recovery

We perform technical diagnostics to determine if any customer or system data has been compromised. This includes data integrity checks and analysis of failed transactions or unauthorized activity. If affected, game session and financial data are sanitized and restored using validated recovery procedures. All assets are reviewed to meet security requirements before resuming full service.

3. Notification

Affected users are notified through appropriate channels such as email or platform messaging. Notifications include an explanation of what occurred, what data was affected, and recommendations for safeguarding your account. Cadtree also reports qualifying incidents to regulators, including iGaming Ontario and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and provides full support for investigations and compliance audits.

While no system can guarantee complete immunity from security risks, Cadtree is committed to acting promptly, transparently, and responsibly in the event of a breach.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Cadtree Limited reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates may be made to reflect changes in legal requirements, regulatory guidance, operational practices, or enhancements to our Services.
