Cadtree Limited (2031) is a Guernsey registered company incorporated under the laws of Gibraltar with registered address at La Corvee House, La Corvee Alderney GY9 3TQ, Guernsey (the “Casino”), and is part of the Casino Group (defined below). The Casino is licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) under the provisions of the Gaming Control Act, 1992, its regulations, and applicable standards and policies. The Casino operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario (“iGO”) to provide online gambling services to users located in Ontario through the Casino Websites (defined below).

In this Agreement, "you", "your", or "user" refers to any individual who accesses the Services through the Casino Websites, including all Players (defined below). "We", "us", or "our" refers to the Casino and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors.

This Agreement is binding upon you when accessing the Services on the Casino Websites and supersedes any previous versions of rules or terms and conditions.

Definitions

1. YOUR PARTICIPATION ON THE CASINO WEBSITES

1.1 Participation

  1. Participation on the Casino Websites, downloading and using the Software, and using the Services are all at your sole option, discretion, and risk. The Casino may suspend, modify, remove, or add to any part of the Services at any time without notice. The Casino Group shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
  2. 1.1.2.1 Internet gambling may be illegal in Your Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws. The Casino disclaims all liability in this regard.
  3. 1.1.2.2 Gameplay is prohibited for users not physically located in Ontario. Services are offered only to users within Ontario.
  4. You may only participate if it is legal to do so in Your Jurisdiction.
  5. You must be at least 19 years of age (“Legally of Age”) or older if required by Your Jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested, and failure to comply may result in account suspension.
  6. We do not guarantee the legality of your participation under Your Jurisdiction’s laws.
  7. We may request identity verification at any time. All registration information must be complete and accurate.
  8. You authorize us and our agents to confirm your identity and right to use funds wagered on the site.
  9. Only one account per Casino Website is permitted. We may close or restrict multiple accounts and withhold associated funds.
  10. Casino wallets are separate across websites. Funds may not be transferred between accounts.
  11. All winnings may be paid in Canadian Dollars (C$).
  12. We may request documents to verify your account at any time. Unsatisfactory documentation may result in suspension or withholding of funds. Registration details must remain current.
  13. You agree to receive communications from the Casino, its partners, and affiliates using your provided contact information.
  14. Gambling on credit or by cash payments is not permitted.
  15. You are responsible for maintaining a secure password. Your account must not be shared. You must report suspected misuse immediately. Offensive usernames are prohibited. Multi-Factor Authentication is offered for added security.
  16. Promotions, bonuses, or offers are limited to one per person, household, email, payment method, and shared computer. We may restrict eligibility at our discretion.
  17. 1.1.15.1 We may withhold or revoke promotions if abuse or suspicious activity is detected. Documentation may be requested before bonuses are credited.
  18. By registering, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, discontinue use and close your account. We recommend saving a copy of all records.
  19. The name on any payment method must match the registered account name. Withdrawals will be processed only to verified accounts.
  20. Updating or adding payment methods must be done through Player Services. You are responsible for understanding current payment terms.
  21. Uncontested withdrawal funds may be returned to your account if requirements are not met. These funds will then be available for use.
  22. To prevent reversal of pending withdrawals, contact Player Support to temporarily lock your account.
  23. No interest will be accrued on any funds held in your account.

1.2 Your Warranties

You warrant and represent, and we enter into this Agreement on the basis of these representations, that throughout the duration of your use of our Services, you:

  1. Are legally permitted to participate on the Casino Websites within Your Jurisdiction.
  2. Are an “adult,” meaning you are Legally of Age and have reached the age of majority within Your Jurisdiction.
  3. Shall not permit any third party—particularly anyone not Legally of Age—to access or use your Account, Software, or claim any prizes. You are responsible for securing your devices. See our FAQ for accessibility assistance.
  4. Have provided personal details that are valid, accurate, and complete, and you will promptly notify us of any changes.
  5. Are the rightful owner of the funds you deposit and wager and are authorized to use those funds for gameplay.
  6. Will not deposit or wager any money obtained through illegal means.
  7. Will honor all financial obligations to the Casino and will not initiate charge-backs, reversals, or denials of payments.
  8. Have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.
  9. Participate on the Casino Websites solely for personal entertainment—not professionally or as part of any coordinated group.

If any of the warranties above are breached, all associated transactions may be declared void, and any winnings may be forfeited.

1.2.3 Prohibited Participants

You confirm that you are not among the individuals prohibited from gambling under AGCO Registrar of Standards, section 3.01, including:

If your account is deregistered, excluded, or suspended, you have the right to file a formal complaint by following the process described in Clause 10.14.

1.5 Inactive Accounts & Inactive Bonus Balances

This section applies only when all of a Real Player's accounts are classified as Inactive Accounts.

1.6 Money Laundering and Other Illegal Activity

1.6.1 If the Casino reasonably suspects that you are involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity, including money laundering using funds from or intended to conceal illegal activity, we may immediately terminate your access to the Services and the Casino Websites. Your Account may be blocked, suspended, or deactivated without refund of any funds held therein.

In such cases, we also reserve the right to restrict your access to any other services we offer and to report your identity and any suspicious activity to regulatory bodies, law enforcement, financial institutions, or any relevant third parties ("Interested Third Parties"). You agree to fully cooperate with any investigations initiated by the Casino.

1.6.2 To prevent money laundering, the following policies apply:

2. The Service

2.1 The Casino Group is not liable for downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbances affecting gameplay. We also disclaim responsibility for issues caused by your internet service provider or third-party access. All Software and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legal compliance. You assume all risk regarding use and performance.

2.2 The Casino uses geolocation services to verify that you are physically located in Ontario. We may block access if location cannot be verified and will monitor location dynamically. Detection mechanisms will also identify unauthorized tools used to spoof location data.

2.2 (duplicate clause) The Casino Group is not liable for hardware malfunctions, internet failures, or any attempt to access the games in unintended ways. You are responsible for your internet and device setup.

The Casino makes no promises that its Software or Services will meet your expectations or be error-free. In case of technical issues like system or communication errors during gameplay, we reserve the right to void affected wagers.

2.3 While we aim for reliability, faults may occur. If so, report them to Customer Support and we will act promptly.

2.3.1 The Casino Group is not responsible for any damage, including lost winnings, due to service errors, communication issues, or misuse beyond our control.

2.3.2 We reserve the right to limit or void wagers. All bets are valid only once accepted by our servers. Any malfunctions, whether on our site or your device, will result in voided outcomes. Waivers made in your favor do not set precedents.

2.4 We may void winnings gained through malfunctions or abuse. The Casino can change, suspend, or remove any game or software at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

2.5 Services may be suspended temporarily for any reason. While we may try to notify you, we are not obligated. We’ll restore access as soon as practical, but are not liable for any resulting loss.

2.6 System errors that affect betting outcomes will result in voided wagers. Refunds for these cases are at our discretion. In cases of mistakes in odds or game mechanics, we reserve the right to nullify affected bets.

2.7 Per Clause 4.2, the Casino Group is not responsible for any losses from service delays or suspensions.

2.8 You are responsible for reporting any tax or regulatory obligations related to your winnings.

2.9 The Casino does not provide tax or legal advice. You should consult professionals in your jurisdiction as needed.

2.10 Currency exchange arbitrage is prohibited. Profits gained in this way may be forfeited without warning.

2.11 You may install and use the Casino’s Software in line with the End User License Agreement (EULA). You are strictly prohibited from the following "Non-Permitted Uses":

You assume full responsibility for any damage or costs resulting from these prohibited actions.

3. Shared Environments

We may impose any limits or conditions that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate on users who open or attempt to open accounts from shared environments — such as public computers or communal access points. To support this, the Casino keeps records of gaming environment usage for risk and compliance purposes.

4. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

4.1 You accept full responsibility for using the Casino Services at your own discretion and risk. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Casino Group from any losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (whether direct or indirect, including punitive or consequential) arising from your participation on the Casino Websites, including but not limited to:

4.2 Under no circumstances shall the Casino Group be liable for any direct or indirect losses, regardless of legal theory, even if the Casino has been made aware of the possibility of such losses.

4.3 Once a payment is confirmed as sent to a Payment Service Provider, the Casino Group is not responsible for any subsequent damages, delays, or failure to receive the funds.

4.4 The Casino Group assumes no liability for any advertising or promotions made by third-party marketers or publishers.

4.5 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits the Casino's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

5. Promotions, Competitions and the Cash-Back Program

5.1 From time to time, the Casino may offer promotions, competitions, and a cash-back program, each governed by their own specific terms and conditions. Where not otherwise stated, the default rules in this Agreement apply to such offers.

5.2 This Agreement also applies to all promotions and competitions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 If there is a conflict between this Agreement and specific promotional terms, the promotional terms will take precedence solely for that offer.

5.4 Promotions are limited-time offers and may be withdrawn at the Casino’s sole discretion. Bonuses and associated winnings/loyalty points may expire after 6 months, even if playthrough conditions were met.

5.5 The Cash-Back Program is discretionary and subject to change without notice. The Casino does not commit to correspondence or explanations about eligibility or reward calculations.

5.6 Only one sign-up bonus is permitted per player. If issued in error, the Casino may retroactively void it and any related winnings.

5.7 Bonuses require a 70x wagering (playthrough) before conversion to cash. Example: a 100 C$ bonus requires 7000 C$ to be wagered. Wagering contribution may vary by game and promotion.

5.7.1 Free spin winnings and no-purchase bonuses are also subject to a 70x wagering requirement. Withdrawals from such winnings may be capped at 100 C$.

5.7.2 If you do not wish to use a credited bonus, contact support before any part of it is used to have it removed. Once playthrough begins, the bonus cannot be removed until completed.

5.7.3 Sign-up bonus withdrawals may be capped at 6x the original deposit amount, unless winnings are from a progressive jackpot.

5.8 Withdrawals are subject to review for irregular or risky play patterns, such as betting over 30% of the credited bonus amount per bet or other tactics intended to bypass bonus terms.

5.8.1 Wagering Contribution by Game Type:

Playthrough using Gamble or Double Features does not count toward wagering requirements.

5.8.2 The Casino reserves full discretion to define “irregular play” and may withhold funds if such behavior is detected.

5.8.3 If the Casino believes that you are abusing promotions or bonus terms, it may deny bonuses, block access to Services, or close your account. Only original deposits may be refunded in such cases.

5.8.4 Breach of warranties under Section 1.2 may lead to voiding of winnings and confiscation of account funds.

5.8.5 While playing through a bonus, the maximum allowed bet is 8 C$ per round and 0.50 C$ per line. Breach of this limit may void winnings.

6. Rules of Play

6.1 In addition to these Terms & Conditions, players must follow the Casino’s specific Rules of Play and FAQs as published on each Casino Website.

6.2 By participating, you agree to be bound by those Rules of Play and FAQs as if they were directly included in this Agreement.

6.3 If a payout is left in play on a Video Poker game, the Casino may collect and credit the amount to the player's balance.

6.4 Any funds left in-play (excluding Video Poker) for 90 days or more may be confiscated by the Casino.

7. Payment Details / Withdrawals

7.1 The Casino may request verification documents at registration or before processing any financial transactions. This may include:

7.2 The Casino may conduct credit checks via third-party agencies.

7.3 Players are responsible for keeping copies of all transactions and understanding online gambling laws in their jurisdiction.

7.4 Withdrawals must be processed using the original payment method, up to the deposit amount. Names on payment methods must match registration details. Withdrawals may be delayed by identity checks and may incur fees.

Note: Ontario regulations (AGCO, iGO, and FINTRAC) require identity verification at registration.

7.5 To update or add payment methods, contact Player Services or use the provided software tools.

7.6 Withdrawals may trigger gameplay reviews prior to fund release.

7.7 Winnings will be paid in Canadian Dollars (C$). For assistance, contact customer support.

7.8 Withdrawals undergo anti-money laundering checks. During the 24-hour pending period (weekends excluded), withdrawals can be reversed. During this time, funds are part of your cash balance.

7.8.1 The Casino may request further documents at any time, including proof of funds or age. Payment may be withheld pending verification.

7.8.2 Non-wagered deposits may be returned to the source or your bank account, at the Casino’s discretion.

7.8.3 Accounts may be closed or blocked at any time without explanation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming / Gambling

8.1. Gaming is meant to be enjoyable, but we recognize that it can become addictive. We support responsible gaming by:

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Casino Websites and Software, including all associated intellectual property, solely for your personal use as part of the Services.

9.2. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the content and software remain the exclusive property of the Casino or its licensors. You may use the content only with our express permission.

9.3. You agree to use the Casino content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download content to one device only for personal use. You must not:

10.1 Amendment

10.2 Eligibility
Certain individuals, including Casino affiliates, marketing partners, and immediate family members of such persons, are not eligible to play as Real Players.

10.3 Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it will be modified or removed without affecting the rest of the Agreement.

10.4 Non-Waiver
Any delay or leniency by the Casino does not constitute a waiver of rights.

10.5 Third Parties
This Agreement does not grant rights to third parties unless explicitly stated.

10.6 Acceptance
You accept all risks associated with gambling and waive all claims against the Casino or its partners for any losses incurred.

10.7 Whole Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between you and the Casino, overriding any prior arrangements.

10.8 Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only. Plural and gender-neutral interpretations apply.

10.9 Governing Authority
The Casino is regulated by the AGCO and iGO under Ontario law.

10.10 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Ontario and Canadian federal law. Cadtree Limited is also subject to AGCC jurisdiction.

10.11 Translations
In case of discrepancies, the English version of this Agreement prevails.

10.12 Tournaments

10.13 Complaints and Disputes
Players can raise complaints via live chat or email. Unresolved issues may be escalated to ADR bodies such as iGO, eCOGRA, or AGCC.

10.14 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under this Agreement. The Casino may transfer its rights without notice.

10.15 Business Transfers
In case of company acquisition, your account and data may be transferred to the new owner with prior notice.

10.16 Termination of Account
The Casino may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion and may void winnings under specific violations (e.g. multiple accounts, fraud, bots).

10.16.1 Account Closure
To close your account, contact Player Services directly.

10.17 Final Decision of Casino
In case of discrepancies between local software and server outcomes, the server result will prevail.

10.18 Currency
All monetary references (C$) refer to Canadian Dollars.

10.19 Force Majeure
The Casino is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control.

10.20 No Agency
This Agreement does not create a partnership or agency relationship between you and the Casino.

10.21 Explanation of Terms

11. Mobile Casino

When playing on the Mobile Casino, the following additional terms apply:

11.1 Network Operator and Other Charges

You are solely responsible for any charges applied by your mobile network operator or internet provider when registering, downloading the Software, placing bets, or interacting with the Mobile Casino. These charges are independent of any bets placed.

11.2 Connectivity

You are solely responsible for securing and maintaining all necessary telecommunications devices, services, GPRS access, internet connectivity, and any permissions required for use of the Casino Websites or Mobile Casino.
